The President-in-Council
This is the highest governing body of PFK, providing spiritual and strategic direction to the association. It consists of the President, senior church leaders, and advisors who oversee the mission, vision, and core values of PFK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting the spiritual and administrative direction of PFK.
- Representing the association at national and international levels.
- Providing guidance to all other leadership structures.

The National Executive Council (NEC)
The NEC is responsible for the national-level operations and implementation of PFK’s vision and mission across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing PFK’s activities at the national level.
- Coordinating with regional and county leadership teams.
- Developing policies and strategies for church growth and unity.
Composition:
- President – The chief leader of PFK.
- Vice President – Supports the President in executing leadership duties.
- General Secretary – Handles administration and communication.
- Treasurer – Oversees financial matters.
- Other Senior Church Leaders – Representing different regions and denominations
The County Executive Council (CEC)
Each county has its own County Executive Committee, ensuring localized leadership and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the implementation of PFK’s mission at the county level.
- Organizing county-wide fellowships, training, and evangelism programs.
- Strengthening collaboration among churches within the county.
The Regional Executive Council (REC)
PFK is divided into regional leadership zones, ensuring effective representation and unity across different parts of the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthening regional cooperation among churches.
- Addressing regional spiritual and social challenges.
- Supporting county committees in implementing national directives.
